Mean Reversion RSI Strategy

Fade RSI extremes (oversold/overbought) only when trendEma bias agrees. Mean reversion in trends, not blind counter-trend.

What is Mean Reversion RSI?

Use rsiPeriod RSI: long near oversold when price above trendEma (bull bias); short near overbought when below trendEma. Avoid fading strong trends without structure. Stops beyond swing; targets mean or opposing band. Distinct from pure oscillator fading. VaultCharts helps track RSI levels in trade plans — educational playbook, not a dedicated mean-reversion script.
